You provide basic information such as your name, address, and preferred pickup and delivery times. Once you sign up, you’re ready to start scheduling!

After signing up, simply log in to your account, select the day and time that fits your schedule, and confirm the details. We offer flexible options to make sure we fit into your busy routine.

Before your pickup day, make sure your garments and other items are ready for collection. Place them in a laundry bag, or if you don’t have one, a standard plastic bag will do. Our team handles everything from there, ensuring your laundry receives our premium treatment.

On the day of your scheduled pickup, our route drivers arrive to collect your items. We transport them to our facility, where we carefully launder, dry clean, press, and prepare them. After the final inspection, we deliver them to your door at the agreed-upon time!
